PERSONALIZED WELLNESS PARTNERSHIPS

Give your clients or employees more personalized support—without adding more work to your team.

I create practitioner-led wellness assessments and guided education for spas, fitness studios, physiotherapy clinics, wellness businesses and workplaces.

Each experience is adapted to the people you serve, personally managed by me and designed to complement the work you already do.

YOUR CLIENTS ARE ALREADY ASKING THE QUESTIONS

Why am I still so tired?

Why does my energy disappear halfway through the day?

Why am I bloated after meals?

Why am I exercising but still not feeling the way I expected?

Why is it so difficult to keep feeling well after I leave here?

These questions may be connected to nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress and everyday routines, but answering them may fall outside what your business provides.

A Personalized Wellness Partnership gives your clients or employees a clear place to begin, while allowing your team to remain focused on what it does best.

I create practitioner-led wellness assessments and guided education for spas, fitness studios, physiotherapy clinics, wellness businesses and workplaces.

Each experience is adapted to the people you serve, personally managed by me and designed to complement the work you already do.

A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE—NOT ANOTHER GENERIC WELLNESS HANDOUT

I adapt a short wellness assessment to your clientele, members or employees.

Participants complete the assessment privately. I review their responses and provide relevant education, a practical starting point and guidance about when a concern deserves more individualized attention.

Depending on the partnership, the experience may include:

• A short digital assessment

• A personally reviewed result

• One clear area to focus on first

• Practical nutrition and lifestyle education

• A short guided learning experience

• A workshop based on the themes that emerge

• A confidential, de-identified summary for the business when appropriate

Your staff does not have to interpret health information, create educational content or answer questions outside its expertise. I manage the participant experience.

Examples

FOR SPA’S

Beyond the Exhale

Your guests leave your Spa feeling relaxed, only to return to the same poor sleep, low energy, digestive discomfort and feeling of running on empty.

Through a confidential short assessment, I help them understand what can be affecting how they feel and give them a personalized place to begin.

Your Spa can offer something meaningful that extends beyond the visit—either as a premium feature or a paid wellness add-on.

FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY AND HEALTH CLINICS

Support Beyond the Appointment

Your clients may be following their treatment plan while poor sleep, low energy, inconsistent nourishment or digestive concerns continue to affect how they feel between appointments.

I provide a confidential short assessment and personalized nutrition education that helps them identify where their everyday support may be falling short.

Your clinic can address a common gap in care without adding more work to the practitioner or changing the treatment plan.

FOR GYMS, PILATES AND YOGA STUDIOS

Support the Work Outside the Workout

Some clients train consistently but still struggle with low energy, cravings, poor sleep, digestive discomfort or feeling as though their effort is not translating into results.

I assess the nutrition and lifestyle factors that may be affecting how well they support their activity and give them a practical place to begin.

Your business can offer more complete support without asking trainers or instructors to provide nutrition guidance outside their expertise.

FOR WORKPLACES

Make Workplace Wellness More Relevant

Employees complete a short confidential assessment and receive personalized education based on their own energy, sleep, stress and workday nutrition patterns.

Each person receives a clearer understanding of what may be affecting how they feel, along with a practical place to begin.

The employer learns which concerns are affecting the team as a whole—without seeing names or individual answers—so future wellness initiatives can focus on what employees actually need.

How a partnership works

  1. We identify the gap

We talk about what your clients, members or employees repeatedly struggle with and what would meaningfully complement your existing service.

  2. I adapt the experience

I select and adapt the most appropriate assessment, education and participant materials from my established framework.

  3. You introduce the opportunity

The experience can be shared through a QR code, client package, membership, email, event or employee initiative.

  4. I manage the participants

I collect the responses privately, review the results and deliver the agreed education and guidance.

  5. We review the outcome

We look at participation, feedback and whether the experience deserves to continue, change or expand.

DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT—NOT COMPETE

These experiences are not intended to replace medical care, naturopathic care, physiotherapy, counselling, personal training or another regulated service.

I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

My role is to help participants recognize which nutrition and lifestyle area may deserve attention, understand the education that applies to them and identify a practical place to begin.

When an answer suggests that clinical investigation is appropriate, the participant is directed back to their physician or another qualified provider.
